Yoga Classes
Basics
You need to wear clothes that will allow you to move and flex. Layers are a good idea, so you can
take something off if you get too warm.
- A Yoga mat is important so that you do not slip when practising. If
you do not have a Yoga mat, I normally have a few at each class for
sale at about £10.
- Sessions usually end with a laying-down relaxation and a blanket helps to
keep you warm and comfortable.
- Do not eat a large meal less than 3 hours before a class, or a light
snack less than 2 hours before a class.
- For the first time you attend, you will need to complete a registration
form. You can either do this at the class or clicking
